The Cottage Hospital Employee Association and Community Give Back has been redesigned so that it is for the employees with a focus on giving back to the community. We will be re-engaging the community and involving them in some of our programs below and employees will be engaged in community events to support our community.
Please submit 3-5 of your favorite recipes so you can be represented in our cookbook. Many recipes from everyone will ensure that our cookbook is a success. We are using TypenSave website to easily submit recipes online. Our committee can enter them if you do not have Internet access. For your convenience, you can submit hard copies of your recipes to [email protected] or by dropping them off at the Welcome Desk at Cottage Hospital.

We anticipate great demand for our cookbooks, and we want to be sure to order enough. To reserve your copies, email [email protected] with the number of cookbooks you will be purchasing. The slip below may also be given to the Welcome Desk at Cottage Hospital. Cookbooks will be available for $15.00.
