Becoming A Rowe Health Center Patient 

The Rowe Health Center, located conveniently across from Cottage Hospital, is a multi-specialty Rural Health Clinic that provides Internal Medicine / Primary Care, Behavioral Health, General Surgery, Podiatry, Gastroenterology and Endocrinology services.

The Rowe Health Center team includes an Internal Medicine Physician, Nurse Practitioners, Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Podiatrist, Endocrinologist, Gastroenterologist, General Surgeons, and a Care Coordinator.

Step 2

Prepare for your appointment.

Call to schedule your appointment.

Download the New Patient Packet.

Transfer your medical records by completing  the Authorization for Disclosure of Medical Information.  

Arrange for any needed patient support services such as Interpreter Services, Assistive Devices, Personal Escorts or Service Animals by calling us at (603) 747-2900.

Step 3

Arrive early for your first appointment

As a new patient, you will be asked to arrive 15 minutes before your first scheduled appointment in order to complete your patient registration.

Register for our patient portal to access your Care Summary
