The office is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m..
Services: The Cottage Hospital Business Office is available to help patients with questions regarding insurance coverage and payment methods for their hospital bills. The staff in the business office commonly answers questions regarding various insurance carriers, charges on patient bills, and advice on financial programs and charity care to pay for needed medical services. Available payment methods include: check; VISA or Discover credit card; and debit cards. Cottage Hospital also offers:
Time Pay Plans:
* Cottage Hospital allows patients to set up time pay plans.
* There is no setup fee or interest.
* Payments are generally based on balance in full within 12-months. However, this is negotiable.
* You may make your request by calling Cottage Hospital’s Patient Financial Services Counselor at 603-747-9220, from 8:00 to 4:30, Monday through Friday.
NH Health Access Network:
* NH residents may qualify for this financial assistance program to aid them with their medical health costs.
* You may request an application by calling Cottage Hospital’s Patient Financial Services Counselor at 603-747-9220, from 8:00 to 4:30, Monday through Friday.
